Create a OpenStreetMap navigation app as a companion to iD #26

I am proposing...

A navigation app that would have several different features, including accurate turn by turn navigation, a full featured preset editor, and a gamifacation system that awards you for adding adding places, missing roads, detail to places, reviews, photos, etc. ### What will this enable that we can't do today? The app would be the first app to have a gamification system built into a navigation app, as well as the first app to have support for voice instructions that doesn't use the built in voice feature in a smartphone. This would also be the first app to have a lot of other new features, such as: - The first navigation app to automatically update on a regular basis (Similar to OSMCarto), rather than updating monthly, like OSMAnd and maps.me, for free. - The first app that would use Mapbox for turn by turn navigation, and have support for editing. - The first navigation app to have preset editing support for tags like `air_conditioning=*` `smoking=*` - The first navigation app to combine iD presets, a gamification system, Mapbox navigation, and a review system, all in one. ### Whom does this benefit? Beginners / Power Users Insiders / Outsiders Developers / Consumers / Mappers / Teachers / ### Any drawbacks? I personally think the biggest problem with the app is that Google may sue the app for being too similar to Waze. ### Resources needed to build and maintain? Who will build this? Need a database / hosting? The app will use the Mapbox navigation, iD presets, and possibly the Mapbox map to work. ### Anything else you want to add?
