Point at HOT generated QA Tiles #29

This PR points this site at the HOT S3 bucket with weekly generated planet and country mbtiles files, and updates credits.

Additionally, it removes the interactive map background, removes google tracking code, and add last modified date (closes https://github.com/osmlab/osm-qa-tiles/issues/6).

@dakotabenjamin @ramyaragupathy given the 👍 here, ready to make this switch.

One question on the country list. It doesn't appear that this list is current with what you're generating. For example akrotiri sovereign base area is not on your s3 bucket. Can you let me know what to remove from the listing.

@jenningsanderson what's your take on the historic tile sets page? Mapbox is going to clear out this bucket. Do you want to move to another s3 bucket? Need to keep this page at all?

Awesome @mikelmaron, I'm so glad to see this happen.

I think the simplest move for the historic tilesets (looks like I'm late to this conversation) is to remove the links to the tilesets and instead leave the commands to generate a historic snapshot, should someone be curious to replicate. I can make this change this week. I'd rather the page still exist because there are a number of links to that page directly.
