Right now the generated API docs are quite messy - there doesn't seem to be a real logic in the order of methods, etc.
This will probably require a bit of digging into documentationjs, understanding options better, and making sure we're crafting docs that are more organized and readable.
Just dropping this issue here because it's a constant irritant, can take it up when someone gets some free cycles.
