The to-fix-backend uses REST architecture, but there are places where we are using the HTTP methods rather loosely. I have outlined the possible suggestions below. Please feel free to add more.

PATCH: As per @recursivefunk 's comment, we should use this method more frequently wherever we are changing a part of resource.
DELETE: Currently a delete for a project is a soft delete. This might be misleading, we should strict to REST guidelines for this method.
