unable to upload a tofix task #223

I'm submitting a bug report

Brief Description

I am trying to publish a public TO_FIX task to map TR in DC. Once the task is published am unable to review the task. I have attached the dropbox link to the geojson here below

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

Trying to review the task throws an error stating the task is already completed.

Hey @oormilavinod this should be fixed when we merge new to-fix-backend Do close this if you see fit.
