Place hosting the UI #145

@Dengaloo @FIN-JBarile The bridge between FB/SLB and Ecopath can be accessed from the "Information by Country / Island" section of FishBase. In that section, one the Tools allows the user to request Ecopath data. --> Where will our UI be hosted? Do you envision doing something similar to what you did for the the bridge between FB/SLB and Ecopath, i.e., having a tool called "OSMOSE data" in the "Information by Country / Island" section of FishBase?

I had a Skype meeting with Deng on Thursday, and we discussed the present issue in detail; I am going to close the present issue and open two new UI issues.
