Starting working on the README file provided in the osmose config zip file #84

@agruss2 Start working on the README file that is provided in the osmose config zip file and keep @jhpoelen posted about your progress. The README file lists the species making up each of the functional groups of the OSMOSE model, and details which parameter estimates were obtained through FishBase/SeaLifeBase and which parameter estimates remain to be entered by the user. @agruss2 Write some text about which parameter estimates are obtained through FishBase/SeaLifeBase and which parameter estimates need to be entered by the user. Then, @jhpoelen will work on further populating the README file so that the user is informed about the species making up each of the functional groups of the OSMOSE model.

I have started working on this. Therefore, I am going to close the present issue. Other issues related to the README file will be opened later.
