feat: Convert denoms in ibc format to human readble

Brief Changelog

• Inheriting the idea from #396 & 3689
• Add an AssetListUrl field to client.toml which links to our asset list
• Add AssetListUrl to Context
• Refactor PrintProto & PrintObjectLegacy are the functions that print the output of the CLI. Search for the substring of ibc format and replace it with alias denom
• Currently AssetListUrl is hardcode, and we override ConfigCmd in Osmosis repo. So can refactor a little in chain repo after this pr was merge
