This should enable enhanced markdown and use the callout function as described in Docusaurus/Admonitions.

Additionally, fixes multiple spelling errors of "gauge" and "gauges" across several files, to keep the codespell check happy.

@mattverse or @JeremyParish69 I fixed a bunch of the spelling errors making the bot angry as well just now. Can you please review?

Looks OK to me. The enforcement of a spell check seems a bit too strict since there is plenty of interaction with code-like naming...

Yes I agree it is odd to have but it did catch a bunch.. Too bad it doesn't have a simpler way of correcting them.

Looks ok to me as well. Let's merge this for now, I think there was a way to add custom vocabs to CI
