Rename to Isotonic #80

Originally suggested by @ueco-jb, I think. Rename the repo and all references within from Lendex to Isotonic.

Ha-ha, I'm bringing this back. Let's rename Lendex to Isotonic in READMEs and repo names too.

@ks-victor shouldn't repos stay as lendex-? I remember that initial specs referred to lendex protocol. Is isotonic name of a product or of "protocol" as well?

My point is - I see valid to leave names lendex-market, lendex-credit-agency, ... as they are.

Why is this blocked? I am happy to rename all contract names to isotonic as well.

The protocol is no longer called "lendex" but "isotonic"
