Dashboard - Transaction Type Filter Issue #36

User noticed a transaction filtering bug in https://info.osmosis.zone/dashboard/transactions. The issue arises when selecting a transaction type filter at the top of the page, and then clicking "load more" at the bottom of the transaction list. The result is that the newly loaded transactions will not be filtered according to type. I've confirmed this occurs regardless of what transaction type you choose as the filter.

Per this image, you can see I filtered transactions by IBC transfers and clicked "load more." The subsequently generated transactions show other transaction types.
