Add charter language to external communications #6

Add charter language to external communications including your website that reads “[name of project], a Charter Project of OpenStreetMap US.” We also ask that you include a link to the OpenStreetMap US website where possible. The OpenStreetMap US team can provide input and guidance on meeting this requirement.

I see two options for the website:

1) add in the footer, something like

2) add up top,

(images are just quick mockups..)

I'm fine with either, but if we add it up top I would want to make the font small enough that it is not distracting. (like, 8pt or something)

Other ideas?

@quincylvania would definitely have a better sense for this than I would.
