Helmfile/docker-compose generator #44

@ldes/docker-compose-generator: Creates a docker compose from arbitrary templates and includes user specified variables.

@ldes/helm-file-generator: Same but for helmfiles.

@ldes/generator-rest-api: Fastify app to generate helmfile/docker-compose files. Routes: /create: ask the templates to include and what variables to give them. /setup: load in the templates for the generators to use.

This PR looks broken because of a rebase, I made the changes again in a separate PR
