Fixed problem with categorical nodes. #16

It appears the current version of R sends error if the argument of a "if" function is a vector. This was causing an error when building the vignette. In fact In the current version it is not possible to set a DAG with categorical node.

I also fixed some latex configuration that were causing a fail in the devtools::check(). Now the package should pass the test and hopefully also the CRAN check.
