Bitmap font support #12

We need to have support for one or more bitmap font formats as an option to
use instead of the slow built-in TImageFont.

Maybe add support for fonts created with AngelCode's bmfont tool for
starters: http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/

There's also the very sexy bitmap font tool from Blide where the font format 
could be
supported...
And of course (being an old Slick user) the Java based (and thus platform
independent) font editor of Slick named Hiero which can be found here:
http://slick.cokeandcode.com/ - just look at the tools bar on the right ;-)
