The new parser is ready for a final test. #51

I implemented a tweet new parser which is more efficient in tweets parsing and saving. Also, other components are adjusted to use this new parser.

Now I need your help to validate whether the network built by the new parser works as expected. Twitter access is not very friendly for me, I will (tomorrow) send you an email with some tweets raw ids and the generated edges, and please help check their correctness.
