@NicktheGeek has some ideas for improvement.

settings page that let you set the order using drag and drop per series and also a way to build the archive page
potentially multiple loops so the archives could be displayed grouped by series with the series title and description

ok, this needs some copy and potentially some design love.

It likely needs:

[ ] a section title: Gonna go out on a limb and suggest we start with "Book Order" or something like that.
[ ] a label for the "enable custom sort" option: this would go to the left side. In theory we could just use "Custom Sort" but the next needed item might affect that.
[ ] a checkbox label for "enable custom sort": Currently this is the text that says "enable custom sort". The idea when this is finished is the unchecking that box will cause the sortable section below to disappear.
[ ] copy for the description: It currently says "This will display a sortable container below with all books in this term that can be dragged into the order in which the books should display in the term archive."

Possibly other copy?

the sort should appear in the book author, series, and tag editor, so if we want to make it taxonomy specific then I'll have to make some logic for that. It's totally doable, but we will need the copy for each of the taxonomies.

Test Branch: develop_39

Test Scenario:

must have at least 2 books in a library term, e.g. series
edit the term and enable the option to use custom sort
use the drag and drop sort to control the order of the books
view the term archive

Test Verification:

[ ] Verify the option to enable sort toggles the sortable books
[ ] Verify sorting the books in the term alters the order the books display in the archive

Other Features/Areas Affected: NA
