Add Margin Option #15

I'd like to see an option to place bottom margin on the icon list -- basically every install I've seen it on, folks have activated and it sits right on top of their content.

Which means it would apply to .share-before. Perhaps set the default to 20px so that on activation it'll look decent out of the box?

@rafaltomal can you add some bottom margin for the share-before and some top margin for share-after

I just added some default margin. Let me know how it looks now.

@bgardner I'm good with closing this. If the margin values are a problem we can open again.
