Align Options for Buttons #29

I was asked this question in a comment, and it echoed what Brian Clark wanted on Your Boulder (http://yourboulder.com/boulder-hike-green-mountain-west-ridge/).

An option much like the Simple Social Icons, to align left, center or right would be a great addition for folks, especially those on Rainmaker as they are less inclined to handle this via custom CSS.

I've been thinking about this, #15, and #17. Basically design stuff in general. This ends up becoming a slippery slope and I get that people want to do a lot with design and little effort. I was also looking at what is available in Design Palette Pro and the add on plugins for designing common plugins used with Genesis.

What if design options were handled as an add-on plugin for DPP. I know that means added costs for some users, but if they are looking for a way to do design changes without custom CSS then DPP is a really good solution across the board for them. Users that are comfortable with the CSS side can easily do this with a little CSS. You can see how I've customized mine on my site.

I get that my suggestion for bottom margin https://github.com/copyblogger/genesis-simple-share/issues/15 was somewhat lame, and more edge case -- but the alignment thing IMO should be a main option, and not one handled with CSS or DPP. JMO.

https://github.com/copyblogger/genesis-simple-share/issues/17 is something that might be a DPP candidate, though, as was suggested already.
