Remove Google+ option #120

Remove the Google+ icon option, since Google+ was shut down.

How to test

Open the Simple Social Icons plugin on this branch
The 'Google+ URI' form field shouldn't be there
If a Google+ icon was previously present on the site, it should have disappeared
