Added color picker #6

Color picker jQuery will load only on widgets page. Added inline CSS for alignment. jQuery works even on dragging the widget and saving it.

This is a great idea. Unfortunately, this implementation does not work in the WordPress customizer. You can select a color, but need to change something else in order to save those changes. It also doesn't trigger the preview update.
