installing etherpad (from readme instructions) #2

The README goes:

--> and then install etherpad

mkdir -p ~/src cd ~/src git clone https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite.git

? We're missing a link here probably, no?

Also why is the src folder created in the home folder? It makes no sense.
