For various scenarios (for example #76 ) we need to have one technology providing us with several items. This is currently not possible. Proposal how to fix it is:
define sub-technology principle - not being researchable, but having it's level inherited from the master technology
finish #76
update mines, Bunker, and other similar technologies currently hidden in TL99, and mark them as sub-technologies
