Request Quota reached error and not able to create new app or modify current app on dev portal #58

I have been trying to create a new app on the Devportal since morning. I even tried to edit the DefaultApp but every time I am getting an error. It even won't let me delete the default app or subscription to change the quota.

As per received information from APIhelp, to create or delete application, user has to request through email ks.apihelp@kotak.com or contact broker.
