top | bottom half and quarter screen size window resizing function results in vertically overlapping windows #66

Followup to https://github.com/ospfranco/sol/issues/52 (thanks for the addition!)

Currently

Windows overlap vertically when using quarter screen size or bottom | top half window resizing.

Expected

No overlapping.

Obviously low priority, filing so this remaining problem is visible in tracker 1 .
