Update trip id description and variable name

changes name of trip identifier and description to reflect update in dyne-demand format AND that it is a person-trip id.

[ other changes are just formatting to align tabs…sorry! ]

Of course I actually screwed this up and this was included in other PR. Deleting branch. Ahem sorry!
