Wrap generated C code with tiny python functionalities #90

Main idea:

[ ] Generate setup.py similarly to pre-1.0 versions
[ ] Wrap these functionalities with new pybind11-based code https://github.com/osqp/osqp-python/blob/f486931e78aa63a34d0c418074118ff83a5a73ec/src/osqp/codegen/files_to_generate/emosqpmodule.c#L666-L679 The update ones are combined now.
[ ] Simplify solution structure as in https://github.com/osqp/osqp-python/blob/f486931e78aa63a34d0c418074118ff83a5a73ec/src/osqp/codegen/files_to_generate/emosqpmodule.c#L262-L264
[ ] Compile python wrapper as in the pre-1.0 version
