Add OpenTelemetry traces #110

This PR adds a handful of interesting traces to osquery-go, and provides instrumentation for adding more in the future.

Since we only use the OpenTelemetry API here, any consuming application that does not already use OpenTelemetry traces will not be affected by these changes -- the traces are a no-op.
