Allow hierarchical HvlControllerProfile field inheritance #141

So, for example, HvlCPXBox would inherit the fields from HvlCPGamepad, and so on.

This is not easily doable with the current HvlControllerProfile system, and in fact should be discouraged to maintain consistent HvlControllerProfile methodology and use.
