Can you patch airsense-patch file to stm32 in Windows ( or only in Linux )? #57

I have no experience with programming. Just wondering if its possible to patch stm32 bin with airsense-patch script in windows or can it only be done in Linux. Tried using Tortoise Merge, GIT gui and some other programs, but it seems the patch needs to be in .patch of .diff format. Thanks.
