Keyboard ghosting #1

There is something wrong with the timing once the adapter board was built -- previously there was no ghosting, but now rows 1 and 2, and cols 4 and 5 seem coupled. Maybe a PCB error, maybe something wrong in the way the matrix is scanned.

With the keyboard detached I've verified that the problem is not on the teensy adapter cape. There is no ghosting, so it is likely more to do with how we are trying to flush the debounce caps.

And it might be just that keyboard. switching to the other one doesn't show the ghosting
