Vsync triggers wrongly sometimes #6

The codes shouldn't be detected during the data island, which has guard bits around it. 0x2CC on the data 0 channel.

I think this is finally handled correctly with the latest branch by locking the PLL to SHIFTREG_90deg. Need to merge it into main.
