Set the default "Package" and "Launch file" field values to the vrc finals-specific values #137

The task creation pop-up should not reset to non-vrc_finals info (it's time-consuming to keep resetting them). Can we set the defaults to vrc_finals, vrc_final_task1.launch, etc.?

That way, we just have to change the task number.

changed state from "new" to "invalid"

That is good for us but bad for the teams, because the are not using this ROS package.
