CloudSIm breaks apache web server #169

When Apache is deployed on a machine that has Apache installed, it replaces the local /etc/apache2/apache2.conf.

This breaks stuff.

Also, with the growing number of configs, (basic, openid and, soon, ssl), we should move to proper multi-site support.
