Need to catch crashed tests #8

Test result files are currently being produced with unpredictable names that include timestamps. Need to make those names predictable (but still unique) and then enable checking for them.

@hugomatic, can you look into making the test output file names predictable? Then, if you want, I can help with integrating the test-result-checker (though you can probably get that working yourself).

Upping priority because we've already seen where this problem caused an erroneous success result.

I will look into replacing xml-unit-test with nose to generate the output. We don't have enough SoftLayer constellations to run the unit tests right now
