Competitor list in dropdown doesn't have all users listed #26

Currently it seems to have 2-3 test users, but the newly created users don't appear.

Maybe a text entry or a more dynamic dropdown would help.

Pull request #88 makes it so both SASC competitors and SASC admins are listed in the dropdown. Other cloudsim users would not show in the list.

Hope this is enough and quicker than typing usernames, but we could also add a text entry.
