The attachments illustrate the casings I'm referring to.

We (OSRF) don't have those meshes. We're checking with BDI on the availability of them.

Awaiting new meshes from BDI.
Original report (archived issue) by Maurice Fallon (Bitbucket: mauricefallon).
The original report had attachments: 2013-10-10 17.54.21.jpg, 2013-10-10 17.54.05.jpg, atlas_sim.png
The Atlas model was recently to the as-built model. However the arm meshes are of the core mechanical structure. They do not contain casings that BDI added to cover the moving components. (The casings are embossed with "Boston Dynamics" in the attached figure)
Do you plan to add these to the Atlas model or has BDI provided them to you? On a recent call to BDI, they suggested that the casing meshes were available. We wish to use these casings to determine forward kinematic error by comparing the casings to LIDAR returns.
