URDF meshes do not load #437

In file "drcsim / atlas_description / urdf / atlas_v3_with_v1_inertia.urdf" the meshes do not load because the ".dae" extensions in the file are capitalized. There are also some misnamed mesh files.

changed state from "new" to "resolved"

Looks fixed meshes and references in urdf appears to match. Reopen if necessary.
