New Robotiq Hand Slowly Closes #454

After starting the simulator, the robotiq hand slowly closes from the open position. This may be fixed in pull request #496

@mdedonato Is this still happening? Take into account that the hand is deactivated by default. You have to enable the rACT bit to activate the gripper.
