add note for correct naming in ros2 foxy #152

Added notes that tag naming convention was changed in ros2 foxy

I just lost a good couple of hours not realizing there was a difference between ROS1 and ROS2 controller naming. I think it would be worth to point to the GitHub wiki on the main page: https://github.com/ros-simulation/gazebo_ros_pkgs/wiki or at least the migration guides for each plugin
