For example in http://gazebosim.org/tutorials where sub sections in ToC are longer so that browser can't show all at once, I want to scroll down but I can't. ToC is useful when I want to get a link to a specific subsection.
Seen on FF 41 and Chrome 46 on Ubuntu 14.04.
