There's no official schedule on workshop days yet regarding coffee breaks and lunch breaks, but I've assumed it'd be similar to main conference days, which have 9 am start, 12-1 lunch, and end 6 pm.
Will adjust again if coffee break schedule comes out.
Our originally planned durations is working out well. Currently it's 3 hours am, 3 hours pm + 30 minutes conclusion, because we don't need to stay till 6 and be dead the day before the main conference begins.
