FreeCAD "upgrade" function not working anymore: should use part/fusion tool to merge parts together

Other modifications needed: Placement works one time out of two in FreeCAD >= 0.15. Need to clone the shapes before modifying placement Need to Fusion everything before exporting to step Scale to inches before exporting to wrl
