add fabhouse friendly columns to BOM #15

move the qty column just left ot the "Designator" column. Add a 'line item number' column all the way left as the very first column

Not only for BOM but for the entire QtApplication: When sorting a column, sort based on number and not alphabetical order. Improvement also needed for designator grouping during BOM export

BOM part fixed in 200d873107cb7eed0e2ad0f1376546bba6f2ae1a. The tab le sorting alphanumerically is not done yet

TODO: Add some logic to separate component with DNP as MFP: split them by designator letter
