Fix wrong DQS1 pin name #20

The goal of this PR was to fix the wrongly named pin here. More specifically IO/nPERSTL0/DIFFIO_RX_R6p/DIFFOUT_R6p/R16/BANK5A to use ball R16 rather than DQS1R Looks like kicad changed a lot more things along the way o_O. @codebot I'm not merging this to be sure I'm not breaking stuff on your side. woah yeah, that's a pretty big diff :smile: maybe some of the python used to generate those symbols resulted in a different ordering of pins or something. Anyway I'll merge it now and we can see what (if any) changes result in downstream projects.
