[Docs] Update link to KiCAD install instructions #81

The previous KiCAD install instructions link is now invalid, and as such has been substituted with a working replacement.

Hi @aprotyas !

Thanks for the PR! To be honest since kicad 5 was released we don't actually need the latest nightly anymore and we can switch to stable, so that part of the documentation can also be changed.
