Run tests with pytest instead of nose #192

The 'nose' package is no longer under active development and it is generally recommended to move to a more supported Python testing framework.

Sorry about the noise, evidently the xvfb action struggles with single quotes (GabrielBB/xvfb-action#3). Double quotes seem to be working.
