[Text improvement] Chapter 2: Provide an example for rostopic #13

On page 19, the paragraph talks about how anazingly useful rostopic is, then suddenly asks the reader to run rqt_graph. This is a jarring disconnect. The reader should be asked to run rostopic first, then, with a connecting statement like "but GUIs are easier to understand for this sort of thing", introduce rqt_graph.
