Under the rviz heading, a node with the "keys_to_teleop_with_rates.py" is mentioned which helps to create a suitable environment for rviz to work for the first time but this node or node name is only mentioned here only and can't be found anywhere in the entire book. I believe it is a printing error, so i would kindly request you to please assist me in this as i am facing difficulty in rviz specially setting up my fixed frame.
