Finger joints read back 0.0 on cloud sim #235

The finger joints read back 0.0 on the two topics I checked on the cloud sim. The two topics I looked at were /joint_states and /hardware_joint_states.

This is invalid - the message is correct - the risks of filing bugs late at night.
